Welcome to Shrauta Samvardhini Sabha

Shrauta Samvardhini Sabha is a Hyderabad based spiritual organization founded mainly to re-establish Shrauta culture and tradition. The main objective is to spread awareness and inspire young scholars to take part in this rich ancient Agnihotra culture. We at Shrauta Samvardhini Sabha dedicated to find and encourage qualified people to take up Agnihotra, to organize and conduct Sharauta yagas for the purpose of prevention as well as reducing the negative effects of natural disasters, instability, war, lack of peace, etc.

Agnishtomam Day2

In the morning, 2nd day programs started with the isthi named Prayaneeya where Ruthwijas offered offerings in the name of “Adithi’ and “Maruth’. Then the preparation for a type of a play called “somakraya” (the purchasing of somalatha) held. After purchasing of somalatha all Yaga participants entered the Yagashala with the Procession ceremony.

Agnishtomam

The Agnistoma Somayagam will begin at the bank of holy krishna river in beechupally of newly formed Gadwal district on January 23 and will conclude on January 28.

Aims & Objectives of Shrauta Samvardhini Sabha

To encourage and inspire young Vidwaans and Vidushis (Scholars) to come forward and take up Tretaadhaana. In this process, provide assistance, guidance and co-operation.

To find and encourage qualified people to take up Agnihotra; to see that this practice is followed both in the morning and evening.

To ensure that Darshapoornamaseshti is conducted in various places in a continuous manner as prescribed by Shrauta sutras. For doing so, many things will be needed – getting monetary help, finding proper places to conduct the yajna, co-ordinating ritwiks, gathering all the material required for the yajna. In this respect, the organisation will aim to provide help in all possible ways and to become a complete working partner in this endeavour.

To help propagate, publicise and broadcast the organisation, exhibition, research, deep study, investigation, and experimentation, along with collection of books, material and tools relating to the following.
